Heffron Transportation was retained by Children's Hospital and the City-appointed Citizen Advisory Committee (CAC) to facilitate the mitigation plan for the hospital's Major Institution Master Plan. This effort included facilitating a transportation mitigation workshop with the CAC, and then documenting the community's input to the project's mitigation plan.
