Heffron
Transportation led this study to evaluate the past performance
and future direction for the FAST Corridor program and its
26-member partnership. At the beginning of this process, all
of the program partners were interviewed, including high level
staff and elected officials from cities, ports, and state
agencies. This outreach helped determine changes needed in the
direction and management of the program. Heffron
Transportation helped facilitate the discussion of
agreed-to-actions by the FASTCast committee. In addition,
Heffron Transportation helped prepare the program's new
brochure.
