Heffron Transportation is based in Seattle and has nine employees integrated through a virtual office environment. The firm is managed by Principals Marni Heffron and Tod McBryan. Senior-level project management and engineering excellence are also provided by Principal Claudia Hirschey and Senior Transportation Engineer Laura Van Dyke.  All of these senior staff are professional engineers (PE).  Marni Heffron & Laura Van Dyke are also certified professional traffic operations engineers (PTOE).

Co-owned by founder Marni Heffron, Tod McBryan, and Laura Van Dyke, the firm is certified as a Women-owned Business Enterprise (WBE) and Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE).
