Michelle is a Senior Transportation Engineer specializing
in complex development review analyses. She has practiced
transportation planning and traffic engineering since 1994
with project experience in Washington, Oregon, Montana, and
Alaska. She joined Heffron Transportation in 2001 and has
provided project management, detailed technical support,
project design review, and expert witness services for
numerous projects throughout the Puget Sound region. Michelle
has also provided successful research and grant writing
services for public agencies. She has extensive experience
preparing transportation sections of environmental review
documents.
Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil
Engineering from the University of Washington. She is a member
of the Institute of Transportation of Engineers and the Puget
Sound Chapter of the Women’s Transportation Seminar.
