Julie is a Transportation Engineer with specialized
experience managing and performing complex field data
collection efforts. She has consulted as a transportation
engineer since 1991 and joined Heffron Transportation in 2001.
Her project experience includes managing traffic impact
analyses and parking studies, and serving as technical support
for large development projects. Julie has served as
transportation engineer for numerous planning and development
projects for private sector and public agency clients
including several school districts in the Pacific Northwest.
Julie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering
from the University of Washington and a Bachelor of Arts
degree in Biology from Wellesley College.
